CDR provides its municipal clients with access to bond proceeds reinvestment vehicles ranging from traditional investment agreements, repurchase agreements, forward purchase agreements, and escrow security portfolios. Such products are used in conjunction with the investment of construction/project funds, single-family housing acquisition funds, capitalized interest funds, debt service reserve funds, bond (float) funds and escrow funds. Our experience has spanned two decades. Since 2000 alone, the firm has served as bidding agent/investment consultant on over 1,000 transactions totaling over $25 billion.
